Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual with a background in automotive service and repair. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the progress of repair tasks entering the service department. Additionally, this role involves managing the service drive, welcoming customers upon arrival, and facilitating the movement of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to service technicians
  • Track and manage workflow within the service area
  • Ensure a balanced and efficient workflow
  • Support Service Advisors by greeting customers and informing them that assistance will be provided shortly, as well as relocating vehicles to the service area
