Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Coordinator to enhance our Lakeland operations. This role is essential in supporting the construction of new homes and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. The responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor repairs
  • Managing incoming warranty requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Identifying and resolving construction-related issues, clarifying warranty details for customers, and coordinating schedules
  • Arranging inspections with homeowners, evaluating routine warranty claims, and fulfilling service requests
  • Assessing subcontractor and product performance while keeping the Production Manager informed
  • Maintaining comprehensive Warranty Reports
  • Documenting all communications related to warranties
  • Interacting with Local and State Municipalities as necessary
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Processing weekly invoices for approval
  • Ordering office supplies as required
