Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Warranty Coordinator to support our operations in Lakeland. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the warranty process.

Key Responsibilities
The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor repairs
  • Managing incoming warranty requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Identifying and resolving construction-related issues while providing clear explanations of warranty details to clients
  • Scheduling inspections with homeowners and evaluating routine warranty claims
  • Assessing subcontractor and product performance, providing updates to management
  • Maintaining comprehensive Warranty Reports
  • Documenting all communications related to warranty matters
  • Interacting with local and state municipalities as required
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Processing weekly invoices for approval
  • Ordering necessary office supplies
