Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator to enhance our Lakeland operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the construction of new homes and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities
The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Organizing and overseeing subcontractor repairs
  • Addressing all incoming warranty inquiries in accordance with established protocols
  • Identifying and resolving construction-related challenges, clarifying warranty details to clients, and coordinating schedules
  • Arranging inspections with homeowners, evaluating routine warranty claims, and fulfilling service requests
  • Assessing subcontractor and product performance while keeping the Production Manager informed
  • Maintaining a comprehensive Warranty Report
  • Documenting all communications related to warranties
  • Interacting with local and state authorities as necessary
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Processing weekly invoices for approval
  • Ordering office supplies as required
