An Accounts Payable Specialist at Munson Healthcare reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payments, ensures timely payment processing to maintain organizational credit worthiness and supports operational efficiency, reviews and analyzes vendor statements to manage outstanding invoices and prioritize payments, and collaborates with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies in purchase order invoices. Associates degree in a business-related field preferred. Two years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
