Responsibilities:

Provides first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CRM functionality and performance. Cleans and maintains customer data within the D365 Sales CRM, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inaccuracies. Develops and delivers training programs for new and existing users on CRM best practices, creating user manuals and guides. Collaborates with the IT team to plan and implement CRM system updates and enhancements, testing and validating new features before deployment. Works closely with the Enterprise & Data Architect / Business Relationship Manager to align support initiatives with organizational goals and assist in special projects. Identifies opportunities for improving CRM support processes and user experiences, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience as a CRM Support Specialist or similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Familiarity with help desk software and support ticketing systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
