We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Residential Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Transport individuals to appointments, community programs, and other activities as needed.
- Assist with developing daily living skills, including social, environmental, and healthcare needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and program evaluations to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
