About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support Analyst to enhance our CRM operations. This position is based at our corporate headquarters and offers a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for resolving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing first-level assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM users, addressing and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance.
  • Maintaining and cleaning customer data within the D365 Sales CRM, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions for both new and existing users on CRM best practices, along with creating comprehensive user manuals.
  • Collaborating with the IT department to plan and execute CRM system updates and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and validation of new features prior to deployment.
  • Working closely with the Enterprise & Data Architect and Business Relationship Manager to align support initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives and assist in special projects.
  • Identifying and proposing improvements to CRM support processes and user experiences, implementing solutions to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM support role or a similar position.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Preferred certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and support ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
