About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to customers through various channels
  • Create and maintain accurate and concise documentation for internal and external use
  • Act as a liaison to ensure seamless operations and service delivery to all customers and partners
  • Identify, report, and document technical issues to help resolve them in a timely manner
  • Support the engineering team with testing software and hardware
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with our contract manufacturer
  • Troubleshoot issues to their root cause
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • College degree
  • 2 years' work experience in a technical, customer support role
  • A willingness and ability to participate as a member of a team in a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • US Citizen
