Role Summary:
This position is based at our corporate headquarters and involves a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM users.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary support contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, addressing and resolving user issues related to system functionality and performance.
2. Maintain and clean customer data within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency by identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
3. Develop and conduct training sessions for both new and existing users, creating comprehensive user manuals and guides to promote best practices.
4. Collaborate with the IT department to plan and execute CRM system updates, including testing and validating new features prior to implementation.
5. Work alongside the Enterprise & Data Architect to align CRM support initiatives with broader organizational objectives and assist in various special projects.
6. Identify and propose enhancements to CRM support processes, aiming to improve user experience and system efficiency.
