Job Description
As an AP Accountant with OMES you will enjoy:

Full-time 40-hour work weeks.Support the FinanceSalary up to: $50,000.00Responsibilities
Maintains payment files in proper order and ensure payments are being completedVerifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followedEnsures accurate data entryProcesses invoices for payment Reviews P-Card transactions for accuracy; editing as neededProcess employee withholding claimsVerifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followedResearches and reviews Purchase Orders and contracts for payment terms and conditionsAssists in resolving invoice and travel issuesPhysical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day.The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.Occasional travel may be required.Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a closely related field, or equivalent and;One (1) year of clerical, bookkeeping, or accounting experience or;A combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of the required degree.Preference will be given to candidates who possess
Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systemsAbout
