Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary - Vaco is currently working with a Distribution Company and they have an opening for a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain financial transactions and payment processing.  This role offers healthy benefits and a great company culture.

Duties - 
  • Review and process invoices
  • Process financial transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Vendor communications
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track prepaid expenses.
  • Audit monthly credit card expenses
  • Accounting processed in accounting software and MS Excel

Essentials - 
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with invoice processing
  • Prior knowledge of MS Excel and using an accounting software
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Prior exposure to Manufacturing or distribution is a plus but not a must

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
