Trade Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to various departments. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What you will Do:

Schedule appointments and coordinate installation services with customers and technicians

Manage paperwork and documentation related to new installations, including permits and warranties

Order and track supplies and equipment needed for installations

Provide administrative support to the installation team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices

Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about installation services

Ensure that installations are completed on time and within budget

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of installation projects

 

What you Need:

3 years of administrative experience

At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus

Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory

Sales and Customer Service Experience required

Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen

Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
