We're a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company providing nationwide LTL freight solutions. Our mission is to deliver reliable, cost-effective shipping services backed by top-tier customer support. We're seeking an experienced LTL Freight Sales Representative with a proven track record selling LTL services within a 3PL environment.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and managing customer accounts for LTL freight as part of a 3PL operation. You'll be responsible for sourcing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing customized logistics solutions that drive value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new LTL freight customers for 3PL services.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management.
  • Negotiate rates and prepare freight quotes that meet profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with carrier partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective service.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of LTL freight sales experience with a 3PL or brokerage.
  • Established network of LTL carriers and shippers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of freight classes, tariffs, and rate negotiations.
  • Proven ability to close business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120, $200,000.00 per year
