Overview:

A leading international freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in air and ocean freight. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a results-driven professional with established industry connections and a passion for driving new business growth across domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new and existing client accounts within air and ocean freight forwarding.
  • Identify, target, and convert qualified prospects through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver tailored freight solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in international freight forwarding sales (minimum 3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs, and compliance.
  • Established customer network across air and/or ocean freight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $180,000.00 per year
