This position will be responsible for being one of the primary contacts for InXpress franchises and carriers for all freight-related support and activities. The representative will work within the operations team to provide a point of contact for InXpress franchises and carriers for all issues related but not exclusive to invoice dispute/resolution and other issues related to the day-to-day freight brokerage operations.

This position will include training, full company benefits the month after your hire date, opportunities for promotions and personal growth in a supportive and team-based environment. This is a full-time position with an aggressive and competitive pay range based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure InXpress franchises receive a knowledgeable point of contact for invoice dispute resolution, and all aspects of freight operations and associated support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within our LTL carrier partners
  • Guide staff and franchisees with invoicing best practices and freight operational best practices
  • Maintain KPIs related to dispute resolution and associated issues
  • Oversee customer loyalty performance metrics specific to the invoicing experience

  • Provide Internal and External Support via incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Resolve customer tickets in a timely fashion
  • Provide solution-focused information in response to inquiries regarding software, products, and services we offer

  • Use analytical skills to determine best solution, capitalizing on profitable opportunities presented daily

  • Ability to partner with key company leadership and each franchise with an emphasis on customer retention
  • Learn InXpress software, systems, processes, and procedures. Training provided

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Empathy and understanding as it relates to franchise/customer issues

  • Organization and follow up skills

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1 year experience in the LTL industry at an LTL Carrier or an LTL brokerage
  • Experience with invoice resolution at an LTL carrier or brokerage
