Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Executive with an existing (even minor) book of business who's ready to grow with an energetic, driven team. This individual will play a key role in expanding WareWolf Logistics' customer base by sourcing and onboarding new clients while maintaining strong relationships and delivering top-tier service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and networking.
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of shipping clients.
- Onboard new accounts and ensure a smooth transition into WareWolf's operating system.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and shipment success.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and client activity.
- Represent WareWolf Logistics with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience (required).
- Existing client relationships or minor book of business preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for winning new business.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
- Introductory base salary during onboarding and transition period.
- Upon successful onboarding of accounts, the position transitions to a 100% commission structure (industry-competitive, uncapped).
- Additional growth incentives available for long-term performance and account expansion.

Base Pay: $35, $120,000.00 per year
