International Sales Representative – Freight Forwarding (Remote, USA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Representative with a strong book of business in freight forwarding. This is a remote role covering the U.S. market, focusing on Air or Ocean freight solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with established client relationships and the ability to immediately generate revenue through their existing customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand international freight sales (Air or Ocean).
  • Leverage existing client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and win new accounts across various tradelanes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, pricing, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and GP targets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in freight forwarding (Air and/or Ocean).
  • Portable book of business with established international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of global tradelanes, import/export processes, and pricing structures.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Based in the USA with the legal right to work.
