About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Nurture Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our remote Lead Nurture Concierge Team — the heartbeat of JewelerOS.

When a potential customer inquires through one of our jeweler partners' websites, you'll be the friendly, helpful human who replies instantly via SMS or chat. Your goal is to respond quickly, build rapport, qualify the lead, and book them for an in-store appointment.

This position does not involve phone calls or voice communication — all interaction is written through text or chat. However, fluent English and strong written communication skills are absolutely essential.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming jewelry inquiries in real-time through SMS and chat.
  • Warmly engage each lead, answer questions, and qualify genuine buyers.
  • Book verified in-store appointments for our jeweler partners.
  • Keep CRM notes and lead statuses organized and accurate.
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads to re-ignite interest.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience that builds excitement for the appointment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, automations, and workflows.
  • Be measured on your average response time — speed-to-lead is critical. You'll be managing and nurturing potentially hundreds of active conversations each day, so focus, attention to detail, and sustained concentration are essential to succeed.

Success in this role depends on responsiveness, consistency, and professionalism in every text interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Fluent written English (grammar and tone matter more than accent).
  • Experience in sales, lead nurturing, appointment setting, or customer chat support.
  • Fast response times and strong attention to detail — this is a speed-to-lead environment where accuracy and consistency matter.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.

Preferred:

  • Background in the jewelry industry (retail, custom design, or luxury sales).
  • Experience with CRM or texting platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Prior SaaS, startup, or marketing-tech experience.
