Business Automation Sales Specialist

Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist who handles the full pipeline: prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing deals. You'll be responsible for finding your own leads (warm & cold), nurturing them, and turning them into new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect ideal clients
- Generate qualified leads
- Pitch, negotiate, and close sales
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and forecast deals
- Track all activities in CRM software
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
- Comfortable sourcing your own leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and hit targets
- Experience in selling tech, marketing, or automation solutions
- Familiar with CRM systems, sales tools, outreach platforms
