The Role

We're looking for an ops-tech hybrid who thrives in the middle of systems, problem-solving, and automation.

This isn't a "manager" job. It's a doer job.

You'll work directly alongside leadership. You are the right-hand operator who turns chaos into flow, connects systems that don't want to talk to each other, and keeps projects from dying in Slack messages.

If you're the kind of person who gets twitchy when things are disorganized and you can't help but fix inefficiency wherever you see it, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Live inside GoHighLevel, N8N, Zapier, Call Center Software, Asana, etc..(and anything else we throw at you).
  • Build zapier automations, connect APIs, and eliminate manual tasks.
  • Chunk big ideas into executable steps and get them done.
  • Identify operational problems before they become fires, then fix them. Bring solutions quickly to the table. Ability to see ahead and be a critical thinker.
  • Manage projects, deadlines, and outsourced help (you'll have or will find some offshore support to delegate to).
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and operations.
  • Roll up your sleeves and execute — daily.

You Should Be

  • A critical thinker who sees three moves ahead.
  • Hyper organized, allergic to chaos but can thrive in it, and obsessive about follow-through.
  • Part software developer, part operator you understand how systems talk, even if you're not writing full code.
  • A solutions junkie who brings answers, not problems.
  • Detail-obsessed — "close enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
  • Self-directed — you don't wait for permission to move.
  • Adaptable — new tools don't scare you; they excite you.
  • Entrepreneurial — you take ownership and drive projects like they're your own.

Bonus Points If You

  • Understand marketing funnels, lead routing, or CRM architecture.
  • Have automated workflows across multiple tech stacks.
  • Can communicate with devs, marketers, and operators without needing a translator.

Who You're Not

  • A "manager of managers."
  • A theorist who likes to "strategize."
  • A nine-to-fiver watching the clock.
  • A corporate operator looking for calm and predictability.

This is a builder's seat. You'll move fast, break things, fix them better, and help build a company that actually works.
