Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. You will utilize various sales techniques, including outbound and warm calling, to engage with prospects and nurture relationships. Your expertise in B2B sales and customer service will be essential in converting leads into valuable opportunities for our company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage lead information and track interactions.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our technology solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target market requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our products.
- Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies related to lead generation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
