About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Real Estate Specialist who's passionate, organized and ambitious. You'll work directly alongside an experienced real estate professional with over two decades of proven success, learning the strategies that drive long-term results in today's fast-moving market.

This is a unique opportunity to grow into a lead-producing, income-generating position with a clear path toward management or independent success.

What You'll Do:

* Manage and grow client relationships - buyers, sellers, and investors.

* Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate and nurture leads.

* Prepare and list properties using MLS, photography coordination, and optimized marketing.

* Create and execute direct mail campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

* Track market trends, pricing, and local inventory to advise clients accurately.

* Coordinate showings, open houses, inspections, and closing activities.

* Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling with strong follow-through.

* Maintain client databases, CRMs, and pipeline tracking.

* Represent the brand professionally across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

* Florida Real Estate License preferred (or ability to obtain one quickly).

* Strong working knowledge of MLS, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and real estate CRMs.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills - confident on the phone and in person.

* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

* Experience with direct mail or digital campaigns is a plus.

* Must have a growth mindset and a desire to learn from an experienced professional.
