As a Call Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, providing key information to hot leads, managing customer support, and ensuring effective follow-up. Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for hot leads to visit our pet retail store, ensuring optimal customer experience and personalized attention.

Act as the initial point of contact for hot leads, providing key information, addressing questions, and offering recommendations before their store visit.

Assist in managing customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct follow-up activities with leads, such as phone calls, emails, or personalized messages, to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers effectively.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the pet retail store.

Schedule / Location (Remote position)

This is a fully remote position. The Call Lead's schedule will align with our peak business hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with rotating weekends.
