Ammon Labs is a nationally recognized toxicology laboratory with 25 years of trusted service to healthcare professionals. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our footprint within Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Behavioral Health (BH) and Pain Management markets, including physician practices.

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional ready to make an immediate impact by leveraging existing connections and unlocking new growth in a competitive, fast-evolving healthcare space.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $75K–$100K

Bonus: Performance-based, open-ended

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning:

Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and revenue in assigned regions.

Sales Channel Management:

Nurture current accounts while proactively identifying and converting new opportunities.

Marketing Alignment:

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation campaigns.

Client Engagement:

Drive in-person and virtual meetings with providers; manage a healthy sales pipeline and close deals.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building:

Expand Ammon Labs' network by establishing meaningful relationships with decision-makers in SUD/BH and physician settings.

Tailored Solutions Selling:

Apply a consultative sales approach to deliver customized, value-based solutions for clients.

Account Management:

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
