About Us

We are helping real-estate investors access Working Capital and Hybrid DSCR Loans to build long-term, cash-flowing portfolios.We need a Lead Nurturing Specialist who can convert thousands of leads into funded clients through personalized automation, data-driven follow-up, and persuasive communication.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage lead-nurture sequences inside Go High Level, BlueSend, and CRM workflows
  • Write high-converting email + SMS copy for no-shows, cold leads, and upsell flows
  • Segment and tag leads by credit score, stage, and intent to personalize follow-ups
  • Track KPIs (open rates, reply rates, booked calls) and report weekly results
  • Coordinate with setters and closers to keep pipelines clean and booked calls high
  • Build "reactivation" campaigns to revive old leads and drive new appointments

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing / CRM / Lead Nurture
  • Skilled with Go High Level, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting and conversion psychology understanding
  • KPI-driven mindset with a track record of increasing show and close rates
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
