Medical Front Desk Supervisor
Onsite Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead or supervisory role.
REQUIRED: Prior experience in Behavioral or Integrated Health
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead front desk staff within Medical Clinic, providing guidance and training as needed.
Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, phone handling, and appointment scheduling.
Order supplies and inventory, petty cash, accounting tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between front desk and other departments.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Monitoring staff, workload, ensuring covering, completing disciplinary actions, PTO requests, 1:1 meetings.
Maintain and organize office records and documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead or supervisory role.
REQUIRED: Prior experience in Behavioral or Integrated Health
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
