We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Brea, California. You will be a part of a dynamic team in the industry, where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record corporate expense invoices

• Set up and manage recurring corporate expense transactions

• Accurately maintain accounts payable bill records and ensure compliance with validation of supporting documentation

• Ensure timely payment of all bills to avoid overdue situations

• Maintain healthy relations with vendors

• Handle positive pay exceptions

• Establish and manage new vendor accounts

• Dispatch weekly check runs and initiate ACH/wire transfers for expense payments

• Assist in month-end closing processes

• Perform account reconciliations

• Prepare and submit corporate card admin expense reports

• Manage business license renewals

• Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in executing Check Runs.

• Skilled in Coding Invoices.

• Strong Data Entry skills.

• Prior experience in Invoice Processing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Experience with Acumatica software is highly desirable.

• Effective communication and follow up skills.

• Organized.
