We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Brea, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing high volumes of invoices (200-300 per week) and be comfortable with the 3-way matching process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process 200-300 invoices per week for payment, ensuring all are accurate and compliant with company policies.

  • Perform the 3-way match between purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy before processing payments.

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, purchase orders, or payments.

  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and ensure all invoices are posted to the correct general ledger accounts.

  • Assist with month-end closing and provide accurate reports on accounts payable status.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles, with a strong understanding of the 3-way match process.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and internal collaboration.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
