This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

 

We’re currently searching for a sales representative who can work with the owner of our company to help our business continue to grow. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and seeks growth for the company. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. There is plenty of room for growth within this role for the right candidate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Will be doing cold calling to obtain new customers
  • Promote the company’s services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Will be trained on company process and product
  • Maintain a professional relationship with new and existing clientele
  • Working with social media on leads that come in from Facebook, Instagram and company website
  • Assisting in company tradeshows
  • Visiting customers or new prospects as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Comfortable with social media such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Must have valid driver’s license

The hours are:

 

Monday through Friday – 8am to 4:30pm – some flexibility schedule – possibility of hybrid

 

The salary is $60K with a commission structure
