Business Development Manager

The Springfield Behavioral Hospital LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market plans to increase patient flow to our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Informing and educating referral sources about our hospital services
- Marketing our services through daily contacts and building strong relationships with providers
- Maintaining a referral source database to track interactions and trends
- Setting up and conducting education and networking events for professionals and patients
- Acting as a liaison between facilities and addressing concerns or questions from referral sources
The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Business Development and CEO to develop facility-specific business plans and maintain a high patient census.
