Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States. The chosen candidate will be part of a team that ensures efficient operation of the collections department. The Administrative Assistant will handle document control work, data entry, and provide support to attorneys for court cases and bankruptcy claims.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to the collections department
• Manage high volume of document control work and data entry tasks
• Assist attorneys in gathering documents and information needed for court cases and bankruptcy claims
• Ensure collected documents and information are correctly entered into the system
• Coordinate with collections team to streamline document collection process
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks
• Utilize various Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word in daily activities
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently
• Schedule appointments as needed.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
