Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator/HR Support 
Location: Kirkland, WA
Pay: $25 - $28 per hour 
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Fully Onsite)

LHH is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/HR Support professional to join our client’s team in Kirkland, WA. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing front desk operations while supporting HR with essential administrative tasks. This role is challenging and not entry level, candidates with 3-5 years of experience and expectations to work in a professional environment thrive here

Key Responsibilities: 
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and reserving conference rooms.
- Provide vital administrative support to the HR team, including managing files, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth paperwork completion and orientation logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in updating employee records and databases, adhering to data protection standards.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, reinforcing our commitment to quality.

Qualifications: 
- Associate degree or higher required
- 3-5 years previous experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
