About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Concierge to join our team at Cogir of Kirkland. As the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests, this role is crucial in representing our community and providing exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front desk coverage, answering multi-line telephones, and greeting all families, residents, and guests with a smile. They will also be responsible for scheduling transportation, supporting management with tasks and projects, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Patience, willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members, and excellent communication skills
