Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our HR department. This role is critical in driving organizational success by managing employee relations, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership within the retail or construction industries, a proactive approach, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-HR Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with all applicable regulations.
-Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
-Compliance and Policy Management: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
-Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and align with organizational goals.
-Performance Management: Guide performance review processes and collaborate with leadership to identify and address areas for improvement.
-Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, education, and resolution of employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
-5+ years of experience managing an HR department, with expertise in the retail or construction industries.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
-100% on-site presence required in Charlotte, NC (28208).
