•Engage with Pionear's team to assist with processing onboarding employees on a weekly basis.
•Utilize Pionear's internal systems to create and maintain employee personnel files and payroll records
•Support the National Accounts team through the creation and analysis of payroll, activity and onboarding reports on daily, weekly, and quarterly bases
•Prepare and manage various payroll and administrative reports in Microsoft Excel
•Process unemployment claims, employment verifications and garnishments
•Assist in W2 requests, distribution and other year-end wage and tax reporting projects
•Act as the subject matter expert for all benefits, payroll and HR related questions
•Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment at all times

Do you have the following:
•1+ years of prior Human Resources or payroll processing experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard Microsoft Applications
•Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required
•Vast knowledge of onboarding compliance processes
•Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
•Must be detail-oriented, organized and efficient with strong analytical and quantitative skills
•Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail
•Expert level written and oral communication skills
•Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
•Demonstrated creative problem solving abilities
•Excellent teamwork skills
