We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Charlotte. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our clients and their employees by providing expert guidance on insurance policies and administrative services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and employees to address any concerns or issues
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
  • Orient and train new hires to ensure seamless integration into the team
  • Design and implement company-wide policies and procedures
  • Furnish management with necessary reports and documentation
  • Arrange employee appreciation events
  • Keep employee records up to date and accurate
  • Benefits - Assist employees with benefits-related matters and support the HR team during Open Enrollment.
  • Employee Relations - Coordinate disciplinary measures, terminations, and investigations while upholding confidentiality.
  • Payroll - Support with New Hire paperwork, background checks, Onboarding, e-Verify, time and attendance tracking, auditing, and payroll system management.

The expected compensation for this role is approximately $70,000-$90,000 annually.
