We are offering an employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Boynton Beach, Florida. The role primarily involves administrative support tasks within an office setting. You will be responsible for a range of duties, which includes data entry, customer service, and email correspondence.


Responsibilities:

• Engage in filing and organizing documents to ensure smooth office operations

• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

• Undertake data entry tasks to maintain accurate records

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks

• Engage in email correspondence to communicate effectively with clients and other staff members

• Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring all team members are aware of upcoming meetings and events

• Assist in the organization and distribution of paychecks

• Undertake other tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
• Must have experience in answering inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Must be capable of managing data entry tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with email correspondence and its best practices
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Experience in handling office administrative tasks is preferred.
