Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry and organizing files.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage and update customer records.
• Provide concierge services as required, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in processing customer applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
• Provide administrative assistance to various team members as needed.• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Experience in providing Concierge Services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
