Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for an upcoming project with our client in Springdale, OH. Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle routine inquiries.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed.
Document Management:
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports as required.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for team members and management.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, including setting up conference rooms and arranging catering if necessary.
Manage and maintain calendars to ensure efficient time management and scheduling.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with special projects and assignments as needed, providing flexibility and adaptability.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Regular working hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
