Responsibilities:
• Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, and scheduling appointments with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring all operations are in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Respond to customer and carrier requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction by following through on all inquiries.
• Use the knowledge gained through training and experience to document events, following defined escalation procedures when necessary.
• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts regularly to stay updated and respond timely.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to our standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs for various tasks.
