About the Role

We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support to our HR management and team. The ideal candidate will have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and some previous experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment processes and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with creating presentation and decision templates
  • Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects
  • Plan and organize business trips, as well as handle and process expenses
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in HR is ideal
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of German and English
