Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.
  • Skills: Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity (or similar HRIS), and compensation management tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
