Job Title: Training Development Specialist

Location: Remote with Hybrid Options

Duration: Long-term Engagement

Work Schedule: Flexible Hours

This role involves organizing and facilitating a variety of global online training sessions. The selected candidate will serve as a key representative of the organization, responsible for managing participant engagement and feedback for these sessions. Additionally, based on their expertise, they may contribute to the development of training materials.

Team Dynamics: The team is composed of many new members, all eager to collaborate and enhance the foundational training initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute global training webinars.
  2. Monitor and report attendance and engagement metrics.
  3. Collaborate with the Training Director to schedule training events.
  4. Create and manage calendar invites across various time zones.
  5. Facilitate interactive elements during webinars to enhance participant involvement.
  6. Coordinate with the communications lead to boost registration and participation.
  7. Compile and proof presentations to ensure quality and compliance with guidelines.
  8. Upload recorded sessions to the designated team platform.
  9. Work with translation services to provide multilingual support for training materials.

Collaboration: This role requires interaction with various stakeholders, including the Training Director, Engagement Manager, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts, to ensure successful training delivery.

Work Environment: This position is hybrid, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in relevant fields such as marketing, communications, or training within a global context.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with survey tools and experience in working across multiple time zones is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams are crucial for success in this role.

Disqualifiers: Candidates with inconsistent employment history or poor communication skills may not be considered.
