Job Summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on training to corporate quality staff and line of business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual clinical trainings to ensure quality and consistency in training delivery.
  • Identify, select, and develop curriculum content and teaching aids to support training programs.
  • Coordinate and build collaborative working relationships with subject matter experts and preceptors to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Evaluate training needs and effectiveness of training programs, and communicate results to management.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Assist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to management.
  • Assist with revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process development.
  • Share best training practices with other trainers.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs.
  • Travel as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HEDIS experience.
  • 2+ years as a LPN or RN.
  • Prior training experience.
Education/Experience

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in nursing; 2+ years of experience in nursing, managed care, training, or related field. LPN or RN license required.

Compensation

Pay Range: $54, $97,100.00 per year.
