What qualities are we seeking?

The good news is we will provide training on how to manage phone calls and create the perfect pizza. However, here are some key attributes that will help you excel as a Team Leader in Training:

• Proven experience in team leadership; during your shifts, you will oversee a team ranging from 3 to 30 individuals. Your positive attitude and motivational skills will be vital in ensuring everyone is in the right place, at the right time, performing their tasks effectively while fostering a great work environment.

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is paramount, and we want to ensure that anyone we place on the road is safe. You will also need access to a reliable, insured vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

• A strong role model - you will be the person that others look up to. From punctuality to maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues, as well as your personal presentation, you must uphold high standards for yourself and your team.

• Our stores operate 365 days a year. Yes, even on weekends and holidays; that’s when we are busiest. While your schedule is flexible, you must be willing to work during peak times when the team needs you the most.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
