About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training/Operations Manager to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the effective delivery of training services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs, including Program of Instruction (POI), training schedules, and coordination with clients.
  • Training Delivery: Provide training on NEXGEN equipment and SIGINT tools, ensuring that clients receive high-quality instruction and support.
  • Training Materials Management: Maintain signal updates to training packages, create target packages for sites, and incorporate specific signals that operators should be familiar with based on their Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients, collection managers, and requirements managers to understand their training needs and preferences.
  • Training Coordination: Lead the Point of Contact (POC) for training coordination and scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Master Training Schedule: Develop and maintain the Master Training Schedule, ensuring that training programs are aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Training Policy and Oversight: Develop and maintain policy documentation to support the INSCOM Commanders' mission and external agency requirements.
  • Training Evaluation: Oversee and evaluate training programs, ensuring that they meet client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Training Records Management: Maintain copies of training materials, training records, and conduct training critiques and surveys to analyze trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree in electronics or a related technical field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Eight years of direct experience in training and operations, or ten years of experience with NexGEN systems and a basic understanding of TROJAN SATCOM.
  • Certifications: EDUC 2501 Training Methods for Cryptologic Instructor course or equivalent instructor qualifications preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to research, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems, thorough knowledge of TROJAN system principles, concepts, methodology, and understanding of how it supports military operations.
  • Language: Fluent in English, including the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is required.
