Sales Account Manager - Full-time Position

To excel in this position, you will need to apply persuasive sales techniques and a sense of urgency, alongside a deep understanding of your clients' operational challenges and supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor account activity and address any dormancy, identifying solutions to reactivate underperforming accounts.
  • Introduce and educate carriers on new tools and features available through our digital platforms.

Support Capacity Procurement:

  • Develop a solid understanding of freight market trends, seasonality, and the factors affecting capacity and pricing.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by addressing issues promptly and determining the best solutions.
  • Facilitate cash flow for carriers by providing advances and resolving payment-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
