The Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Payer Sales to join our team and lead our commercial efforts in expanding our payment integrity solutions to health insurance plans. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers at health plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our sales strategy to effectively sell AI-powered payment integrity solutions to health plans
  • Drive company revenue growth by building new sales opportunities and closing target accounts
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of our Payment Integrity AI Platform and solutions to effectively communicate value and ROI to target customers
  • Create and present tailored sales presentations and demos to showcase the key features and value of our AI-powered solutions to our target customers
  • Stay abreast of market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements that will best serve our target customers
  • Maintain and manage our customer pipeline within our CRM to accurately project sales revenue
Requirements for the Role
  • 15+ years of experience selling payment integrity, FWA, or cost containment solutions to health insurance plans
  • Established relationships with executives and decision-makers at multi-regional and national health plans
  • Deep understanding of health plan claims operations and implementation processes and lifecycles
  • Proven track record of closing target accounts with opportunities north of $2M in annual recurring revenue
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience managing and maintaining Salesforce or HubSpot CRM software
