Senior Vice President of Business Development

Luminary Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand our client base in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our Real World Evidence solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Represent Luminary Group LLC at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE).
- In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Extensive experience leading and managing a business development team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive innovation, and differentiate our solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
